Billing Questions

We have transitioned to MSN billing as of March 1, 2025. Access our Click2Pay portal to pay online.

How do I update my mailing address or insurance information?

  • You can update your insurance details under the Patient tab in the upper right corner of the Click2Pay portal after verifying your identity to view or pay your statement

How do I contact MSN?

  • Email billing questions by submitting this form
  • Call 800-666-1816 to speak with an MSN billing representative
  • Chat live with an MSN billing representative in our payment portal. After you completed the statement verification, click on the “Chat Live with an MSN healthcare agent” button in the bottom right corner of the Click2Pay portal.

Billing Records Request

MSN uses Chart Swap for billing records request.

For services received after March 1, 2025, please contact ChartSwap to request a copy of your records. 

  • Requests must list the name of the radiology group (Corvallis Radiology) for provider name
  • Submit a request via our secure online portal
  • Please note Corvallis Radiology can only provide the billing ledger for the professional services component. Medical records, imaging films, and results may be obtained directly from the facility where the imaging was performed.

Need Images?

Corvallis Radiology does not have access to the diagnostic images that they professionally interpret. You will need to call the facility where you had your exam (phone numbers listed below) and ask for the diagnostic imaging medical records department.
